ISP Customer Service Representative

 

Seeking an energetic individual who enjoys the challenge of customer contact and problem solving. Primary responsibility will be to work with our customers on Internet issues with service, billing, features and instructions including computer hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.

 

Preferred skills include: Familiarity with all current versions of Microsoft’s Windows; TCP/IP networking; CAT 5 installation and IP network troubleshooting; modem setup and troubleshooting; Additional assets may include working knowledge of Dialup Networking, Microsoft Office products and web page development and authoring.
